What is happening?

On October 31, 2019, the Websystem3 service will be turned off. This means you will be unable to login and messages will no longer be sent to patients. We encourage all users to migrate from Websystem3 to our next generation platform Prime Nexus by October 1st in order to avoid any interruptions in service.

From only offering newsletters in 2003 to offering industry-leading solutions Prime Nexus for patient communications and LensFerry for contact lens mobile commerce today, we have continually evolved to provide the optometry industry with the highest quality services designed specifically for eye care.

As we continue to invest in our solutions to better serve our customers, we have decided to transition our customers from our old Websystem3 platform to our new solution, Prime Nexus. This transition will allow us to dedicate more resources to building new features and improvements, as well as providing you with a better experience. The Websystem3 platform will be retired on 10/31/2019.
